Our Pilates workouts are available to anyone, around the world. A Suna Pilates on Demand membership gives you three amazing new workouts every week to enjoy at a time that works for you, wherever you are. Plus, it's a zero risk commitment - you can cancel any time; just give us 4 weeks notice.

Our studio is temporarily closed with the New Zealand lockdown, but we are 100% committed to keeping you moving, motivating you, energising you, helping you boost your immune system and reminding you to 'breathe'.
It's really important to keep up your exercise levels - not just because your physical wellbeing depends on it, but also to boost your mental and emotional wellbeing. Often people only recognise the mental and emotional impact after a couple of weeks without exercise - to ensure this doesn't happen to you, we’ve created Suna On Demand online Pilates workouts.

- We teach exercise in the correct posture - ensuring that the right muscles are working at the right time and in the right way is the only way to get correct and lasting results.
- We will remind you through the workouts of how to do the exercises in the correct posture.
- We teach correct breathing technique, with an inhale and exhale on each exercise to engage your abs, so that your workout will energise you as well as challenge you!
- We educate you to why you are doing each exercise and what results and benefits you are going to get.
- We tell you where to feel each exercise for maximum results.
- We give you different variations for exercises ( so its suitable for all levels of fitness)
