SunaJump classes are 30 minute high energy sessions on a Pilates Reformer using the Jumpboard. This makes these sessions a seriously great cardio workout and super fun!

You can purchase a casual class or a 10 pack of SunaJump classes. See Terms and Conditions for concessions.

If you haven't done any Suna Pilates before you'll first need to attend an Intro session. The best way to start with Suna is to to do one of our trials - see Getting Started for more information.
