Our after school classes for kids aged 7-17 are held on Mondays and Thursdays. We have fun on the suspension straps and Pilates/Swiss balls with a focus on posture in every movement to help support precious growing bodies - that spend a lot of time sitting in school, and with screens.
These classes are fun, active and educational workouts.
Lots of issues children face can be addressed and improved with the right physical activity, communication and support. These workouts are designed especially for children and teens aged 7-17.

Personal Training sessions are the perfect environment and perfect exercise to focus on injuries, posture, core stability, overall body strength and breathing as well as mobility and flexibility
- Great exercise and neurobic (brain) training for mind body connection, left brain right brain connection and for kids with issues.
- Fantastic for increasing kids' confidence, motivation and decreasing stress levels.
- Work with a Pilates Trainer experienced with children/teens to ensure that they are doing age appropriate exercises while their bodies are developing and growing
