Virtual Nutrition Coaching
In this personal online Nutrition Coaching session we will help you understand your metabolic type, how your body deals with different foods and which are the most beneficial for your body.
Healthy eating completely depends on what metabolic type you are; and understanding what types of foods, in what balance, best suit your body.
This means you can make informed nutrition decisions that empower you to affect weight loss, physical fitness and provide long term health benefits.
In your initial 45 minute Nutrition at Home coaching session we’ll use a questionnaire to determine your metabolic type, explain what it means and why its so important, and then we’ll teach you which food types you should be eating to fuel your body correctly - with plenty of time for questions.
You’ll come out of the session with an easy to follow plan of what, when and how to eat - that will help you re-set your habits focus on your wellbeing. Your body will thank you for it with increase energy, vitality, immunity and health.
Lots of people do our quick 15 minute follow up sessions too for support, to keep themselves on track and accountable!

Our philosophy about health, fitness and wellbeing is very different to so much that’s on the market today. Everywhere you look there’s fad diets, short term 6-8 week programmes pushing over exercising and under eating as the way to go. But we don’t believe that’s real health and fitness and we don’t believe it's sustainable. Key to this is understanding your metabolic type and understanding how to eat for it. Metabolic Typing identifies the ideal diet (and supplements) for each person for weight loss, optimal health, energy, fitness, immunity.
It's important to learn how to eat right for your metabolic type because the same foods that keep your friends slim may be making you puffy and tired and unhealthy. An often used analogy is one of a car. If you’ve got a petrol car and you fill it with diesel what happens? The same is true for our bodies – if we fill them with the ‘wrong’ fuel (food) then they won’t work properly and will cause us problems . The ‘wrong’ and therefore ‘right’ fuels (foods) for our bodies are determined by our metabolic type. Unless you know what your metabolic type is and what are the best foods to fuel your body you could be fuelling your body with the wrong foods without even realising it.
