A SunaBoost workshop is designed especially for people who are new to Suna or are beginners at pilates. SunaBoost is a hardout pilates workout focusing on the principles that will help you get the most out of your pilates classes and your membership. SunaBoost only takes 45 minutes and is run once a month.
Your SunaBoost workshop will be taken by our Director of Pilates, Susie Cleland. Susie is one of the original founders of Suna pilates and the fitness expert for Newstalk ZB and Radio Sport.
