  • Personal Training sessions are the perfect environment and perfect exercise to focus on injuries, posture, core stability, overall body strength and breathing as well as mobility and flexibility
  • Great exercise and neurobic (brain) training for mind body connection, left brain right brain connection and for kids with issues.
  • Fantastic for increasing kids' confidence, motivation and decreasing stress levels.
  • Work with a Pilates Trainer experienced with kids to ensure that they are doing age appropriate exercises while their bodies are developing and growing

  • 30 or 45 minute sessions
  • One on one session with a trainer
  • Personalised to suit your needs, injuries or sports
