If you haven't done any Suna Pilates before you'll first need to attend an Intro session. The best way to start with Suna is to to do one of our trials - see Getting Started for more information.
Before you do any SunaJump classes you must complete an Intro Session - see Getting Started. The Suna Intro session is best suited for anyone without any injuries or concerns. Should you have any injuries or are not feeling confident in your body, we recommend our Get Stuck In - Solo trial.
