HIIT Pilates Training launches Thursday nights for your High Intensity Fitness burst! We’re stepping up our cardio, strength and fitness for extra impact in this new 45 minute HIIT Pilates class. Try it now at Suna. Challenge yourself to greater wellness and ‘HIIT’ your physical goals!

We use high intensity interval training in all our Pilates classes, and we know you love our intense Suna style Pilates - but this trial HIIT class takes it to the next level. If you like it, we’ll keep it! If you love a burst of effort and energy to invigorate your metabolism, this class is for you. Short on time but want extra fitness impact? This HIIT class is perfect for you.
HIIT is not just for extreme fitness – because with all our classes we offer each exercise at different levels and with variations and this HIIT class is no exception. Our Trainers will always take care of you and look after you at the right level. However, if you have injuries, please ask us if this class suits you.
