    To look good long term, the exercise you do must make you feel good first.
     
  3. Correct posture.
     For exercise to get results you must work out in the correct posture – it’s essential that you are corrected and adjusted as you exercise.
     
  4. Keep it fresh.
    Align your exercise to the season with our monthly and seasonal focuses – giving your body the right energy for the right season… and ensuring you never get bored.
     
  5. Work smarter not harder.
    Doing the right exercises in the right way get results. Be good to yourself and remember you don’t have to thrash your body to get results, just do good exercise in the right way.
     
  6. Energise not exhaust.
    Focus on breathing - you’ll walk away from every work out feeling both mentally and physically refreshed and energised, not exhausted.
